It is. Each graphite deposit has it's own unique properties so Talga would need to sell anode produced from other deposits as a different product at a different price.

The question is what do graphite miners without end to end refining operations (most of them) do with their product? Someone needs to refine it into anode. As it stands now, Talga is the only company in Europe working on Natural Graphite Anode refining. So, it would make a lot of sense for them to act as the refinery for all (or most) of Europe's graphite. I doubt anyone will be able to do it cheaper.
