@Smouldering if ASIC and ASX can’t shut down blatant corporate fraud, I don’t think there is much chance that an accidental slip of a minor nature by an honest company would result in any legal issues. Legal there is no difference to disclosing price sensitive information to a single individual via email or phone and posting on Twitter the same information. It is the message, not the form of the message, that is important.
