Hiya guys,
What are the chances the Chinese are buying shares on the open market instead of asking for an equity stake outright to be issued as new capital?
Don't take this the wrong way guys, but what are the chances the company might do a capital raising at this share price (please no stones or tomatoes!)? Usually spectacular share price rallies have been followed by capital raisings. The speeding ticket did not disclose any negotiations or anything like that. I have some experience of how it happened with URL where share price quadrupled from 1c to 4c over a few days and management called in a halt to raise capital. They could use the extra capital to upscale production.
