totally get the point about continuous disclosure and it wouldn’t be reasonable for asx announcement to provide technical scientific thesis on topics like this. BUT if we agree that this information doesn’t prove anything about efficacy of Nox drug then surely it doesn’t seem appropriate to me in any disclosure for a company to claim -which this announcement clearly did- they’ve got a drug that prevented cytokine storm? And no the use of the word “potentially” isn’t mitigation imo.
did I hear correctly that asx had previously expressed concerns about companies during pandemic making big Covid claims?
