Sorry, Cheech, but you have now entered somewhat dangerous territory in making allegations that the NAB has claims which, if relaised, have a value of $2.5B at risk. That's very material. So, unless you have specific points to make of substance, then I suspect that you are stirring the pot. Your post raises matters of materiality, continuous disclosure, risk and litigious management issues (and disclosure thereof), etc. Hence the seriousness with which your allegations would need to be taken. I presume, therefore, that you are now going to explain yourself in more detail.
By principal legal advisers, I also presume that you are referring to Mallesons?
