$20-$30/m for cloud gaming is reasonably priced, given other services you mentioned (BUT Nvidia still take a cut from that). I'm still skeptical on the take up when the time comes though.
Although, I guess the same could be said about netflix and that turned out big. But they own all hardware, rights etc and it's the choice of movies and TV shows that attract more usage of Netflix (at $15/month. $25/m, must be a family pack or something).
If it's something like $70-100/m, i cannot imagine too many people wanting to pay that.
Unlikely a company would buy this company at its current share price. Too over priced. There would need to be value in the purchase and whether there are synergies to be had.

With how fast they are spending money, they will likely do another capital raise soon. The facebook networking gear looked cheap. But I cant imagine how much the 5G/mmwave/26ghz gear is going to cost. Quick google search on 'multi gigabit' capacity on 26ghz resulted in Telstra and others looking to acquire 800-1000mhz of spectrum, in order to achieve 'multi gigabit' (which sounds cool if they pull it off). Dont know what 200mhz is going to achieve for them?
