SKN, WNB.....likely HCT will join the list of hand sanitizer companies that were pumped and went broke (yet to be announced in SKN's case but i suspect it isn't far off)

Right, wrong or otherwise HCT does not have the $'s to defend a case in a US court.
There are a few options here -

• Don't defend it and save legal fees....they will be found guilty and the court will put forward a settlement figure.
• Attempt to settle out of court......again, they will need to pay a settlement
• Fight it........they will need to pay legal fees and dependent on outcome a settlement

Can they afford to do any of the above? Nope, not based on current financial position.

This could end this company. My advice is holders need to be really careful on whether they see the leadership being able to navigate through this or whether they will continue to ruin what they touch.

Sometimes a large loss is better than no return at all......WNB holders - no return at all.
