The market is not warming to this news and nor am I. Could this just be a Collins Street Club appointment or is having two EMR gringos on the board being perceived as potential corporate maneuvering? Plenty of press coverage about EMR's plans to IPO its copper business and lots of precedents of shareholders in other resource companies being shafted by PE. Hmmm
