RCP - If Biden wants to halve carbon emissions before the end of the decade - as stated yesterday - everyone (most) will need to drive an electric car.
That means heavy subsidies/incentives are on the way to both decrease the price of cars and to provide tax concessions to buyers.
He needs to provide the roadmap. Once policy is out, copper should do well.
Hell, even nickel might get a spring - WSA.
