AGM is being held in their lawyers office .......never a good look.
KPMG want nothing more to do with PET.............can't blame them.
Shinewing (a Chinese owned multi national) were recommended by a shareholder.............hmmm Chinese shareholder ???

If shareholders vote to approve Shinewing as new auditors, is the company going to reconstruct the financials to disclose a "fair and true" position that can be verified? Or are Shinewing prepared to sign off as is? Think we deserve an answer to this question at least before we vote.
