    could put it on eBay for 2/3 of the price rather than $345, someone else gets a bargain plus they will start using the plan and you get most of you money back if you don’t use it

    win win. And that’s a part of them locking in plans if you resell and someone else starts the plan $ start again for BCC not anyone else
