the German govt seemed to believe the story to the tune of $190mill US. SMS believed enough to throw in $15 mill of their own money as well. Their major mistake seems to have been putting all their eggs in the Macquarie basket and against what seems like all common sense sticking with that. I wouldn’t say $200 mill is a pittance for the remaining component of finance but based on the interest in other hopefuls in the same space it does seem there is enough interest in the space to get finance over the line. My main gripe has been the distinct lack of news flow and the fact the board and management (especially Iggy!!!) didn’t take a hair cut when the corona virus debacle started up. I continue to live in hope but am not going to say it’s all rainbows and lollipops either T
