    Sorry I think I came across a bit too strong.

    I was more frustrated that a company issues it's PDS/prospectus with their plans supposedly laid out and then throws up their hands and says, please can someone take us out?

    Was "Phosphate Australia (ASX:POZ) would welcome direct approaches from potential bidders" in the PDS?
