To me, the BFS costings processing, transporting. transshipment all look too high. I have done all this out of Indonesia on a 130 km road, 600 km river. Not as high as this short trip.
Suspect well padded.
We sometimes do this in a BFS to ensure we look good even if lots goes wrong.
