I intend to close my CBA accounts when the next opportunity arises. You've got to vote with your feet (but not sure whether another bank will be any better). It will have no impact on CBA but I will feel a lot better.
My anger is directed towards OZL management and the banks. My gratitude goes to Minmetals - without them I may have lost close to 100%.
