I would think the ASIC case will need to be resolved before another exchange would consider the company. ASIC may have also something to say if the company attempted to list offshore prior to a resolution.
The case is not scheduled to start until Sep 21. So then presumably you have several months after that until it is resolved. Delays may also occur such as with discovery disputes like the ASX case.
Maybe a legal opinion can help out on a likely timeline?
I also don't know how long a relisting process takes, but that might be a while as well. What do you think? Mid to late next year?
