Announcement doesnt say but most cases are like that. Alternatively REE keep a big stake in the new compay e.g 30% control interest. Ree already invested in gold (8.4 now nickel and rare earth. Their marketcap 45m which is stupid.
how on earth one would think you have to pay for your own assets? Go and read up other companies that spin out their assets.
