So are you saying the difference is book value includes intangibles?
OR,
You are saying book value is based on holding/depreciated value, whereas NTA is not?
Also,
Why does all the literature state the terms are the same and interchangeable. I can only assume the terms are the same in US and different here (given the literature is US centric).
There is no such thing as self explanatory. If you search the terms online for less than five minutes - you will understand this.
