    whilst I agree that BJT is in a fairly sound position and the dividend is still attractive, there is no denying that we as shareholders are entitled to feel pretty P##sed Off.

    My problem with BJT is that I can no longer trust management. They have already screwed over shareholder by taking over 1/3rd of our last due dividend to line their own pockets. Now, with this new ruling, it appears that they have even less incentive to pass on previously expected dividends. I have been burned enough and no longer feel comfortable investing in companies that put management first and shareholders last.
