Fair comment , as you suggest there is always an orphan period when a company raises funds to start to break ground.
In the case of adt I would counter this with facts eg the actual figures four fold increase in the loaned out figures added to the fact it is taking more stock to hold the price within a band .
The sovereign risk is relatively low nowadays between 3% and 5% so no major impact.
