    So was the contract with China Rail binding or not?

    Does anyone know what these brokers are actually doing and if they’re still associated? It really seems like they have done literally nothing. The lack of hype and interest built into the stock with what seems to be a crucial upcoming period for Cokal and it’s SP is very disappointing.
