Umm??? I am just pointing to information already here on the forums, it seems some of you have forgotten it. For example Justadabble wanted to try to say there were no "breaches"... when quite clearly there was according to the Offshore Petroleum Exploration Guideline: Work-bid (2015). It is fair to remind him.
