as an existing shareholders, you get priority placements. How long have you been trading? Dont know where you people get ideas, we pay for spinning off our assets. Lol
i said many times, they need to raise cr for the new entity and existing holders get the priority. In term shares allocations, REE as a company will owns a big stakes in the new entity or they allocate those shares to existing REE holders.
