And if anyone says that they needed money quickly so they had no other option I have two comments to make:
1. There are other ways to raise money. Plenty of them. Not all take a long time. At a 40+ % discount who wouldn't be interested. Sophisticated investors can provide money quickly, as quick as funds.
2. If the company only just realised they needed more money now, then we need a new board. They've been telling us for months how good times are coming and telling us the manufacturing options that were available. So wouldn't it then follow that we need money? It's called planning.
Sorry, but I can find no excuses for this discounted CR.
