Following up further on Lattice Semiconductors and Anil's 'like' of the company that Dolci found, I have being doing some more reading.

I asked BS yesterday about CNN as Lattice only seem to do CNNs and not SNN.

I have subsequently found a document from January this year about:

"FlyDVS is a wireless sensor node, capable to efficiently acquire event-pixels from a DVS camera, and transmit them to a host PC"

The system is composed by:
⚫ A DVS132S event-camera.
⚫ A low-power Lattice Semiconductor iCE40UP5K1 FPGA.
⚫ A nRF52 system on chip (SoC) from Nordic Semiconductor as peripheral Microcontroller (MCU) units.

I know this doesn't use Akida but later in the document under future aims it says:

"future works aim at integrating the DVS interface on a custom microcontroller IO subsystem, which paves the way for near-sensor event-stream processing with spiking neural networks or sparse convolution executed on constrained resource devices."

This is where I need your help please.
Is it possible that the spiking neural network refers to Akida and for this reason Anil 'likes' Lattice Semiconductors? Or am I way out of my depth?

Hi Forest,

Wellaready have a relationship with Magic Eye re DVS cameras.

That does not preclude a future agreement with Lattice. It is possible, but my crystal ball keeps reporting a 404 Error.
