I'm planning on buying. Based upon the current share price you will receive a 22% gain. If you don't have the funds just sell at today's price and use the funds for the spp. Only worry about that is that the spp is based upon a first come first serve basis or may be pro rated, you don't want to be caught out selling your shares to participate and you are then left with no shares.
