I am surprised to hear that you and your friends are thinking of voting against HILL.

While Gray has developed the technology, that does not make him the best person to commercialise it.

Hill has done a good job at Calliden. And more importantly he lets the CEO get on with this job. That is not likely to be the case with HILL. Sirtex has two different CEOs when Gray was on the board. and guess what happened after that?He became the CEO himself.

The fact is that if HILL goes, the other two board members will also go. At the 2007 AGM, Gray voted against Dr John Eady's reappointment. I was there and he was hostile to the whole board.

The board has shown remarkable commitments to Sirtex by staying on given all of them have been sued by Gray. It would be a lot easier for them to resign. We need to back them so that there is no disruption and Sirtex can realise its potential.
