Cheers - I understood about the moonshot and I totally agree that any legal action, whether it succeeds or not will have some detrimental effect.

Given that legal battles can draw out for ages, any holder of MSB has a difficult decision in deciding if they hold or not as;

• A result against the company could well result in a further fall, and/or significant fines,penalties.
• If you wait out the results you are effectively tying up that percentage of your trading capital, that you may be able to better utilise.
