My pleasure Sir. I'm going to keep it as simple, short and black as white as possible BTW I'm a realist and a long term holder of all my shares not a fortune teller but everyone can
DYOR and make there own conclusions but
$10 ASX: PLS -
SP is my personal and very conservative valuation figure especially with the entire universe transitioning to EV at a very rapid rate and that's just one of the many huge industries
Lithium will be fuelling just to make that
*ZERO EMISSIONS *ZERO CARBON BY 2050 everyone else can
DYOR to read all the other industries
Lithium will be required for and trust me the opportunities are endless
Lithium is an extremely versatile resource!
Mining is Mining, and it is as simple as that. All resources have there cycles regardless some last longer than others but they all Cycle and for how long they Uptrend comes down to one thing Demand which in turn Increases a mines production to supply that demand. Iron Ore is my favourite resource to actually invest in and its a great example to use because it is one resource most Australians are familiar with. Iron ore has hit its peak at current and it won't stay high forever as history will tell so its probably a good time for those invested to sell within the next 6 to12months while its still @ an all time high. A cycle is a cycle it goes up and then it goes down vice versa, generally Iron Ore cycles every 10 years DYOR which in turn will also have a dramatic impact on a company's
SP in particular those that solely mine the Iron Ore resource i.e
FMG . I will use FMG as an example because at this point of time FMG is purely IRON ORE and yes I realise FMG is moving and expanding into other areas like
*Green Hydrogen but its real money has always been generated by Iron Ore and feeding just China's hunger for its huge construction expansions.
FMG went from being a junior miner to being the 4th largest Iron ore company on the planet with MKT CAP @ 69+ BILLION and SP @ $22.00+ all within a matter of 20 years and thanks to China and its ever expanding rapid construction boom. Now was China's Construction boom being enforced by Governments world wide?
NO, but it still made FMG sky rocket into the ASX 10 just from feeding that one country- China with Iron Ore, and even with all the other huge players and competition
FMG had to take on with the likes of mining giants
Rio Tinto ,
BHP ,
Mineral Resources,
Champion Iron and lets not forget Andrew 'Twiggy' Forrest most fierce Iron Ore competitor and Australia's richest Iron Ore magnate Gina Reinhart of
Hancock Prospecting lets also not forget Gina was the worlds Richest Lady at one point all thanks to the 2 Iron Ore Super Cycle Booms Australia has experienced in the last 2 decades all from Feeding China's huge Hunger for the Iron Ore commodity to fuel its rapid construction expansion, please keep in mind that the Australian Iron Ore boom was predominately fuelled just by feeding 1 country-
China 1.5+billion inhabitants.
Lithium Will be feeding the entire Globe and every other country on it-
World population as of 2021-
7.9+Billion inhabitants including China on planet earth DYOR!
Is the Sustainable Energy Super Cycle on the horizon being Enforced World Wide by Government's?
YES, YES, YES *ZERO EMISSIONS * ZERO CARBON by 2050 Globally -YES its all being enforced and regulated DYOR. Now ask yourself what will be the most in demand resource to make that transition?
LITHIUM! DYOR. All those Rechargeable batteries to make that major shift from CO*2 emission producing Petroleum motor Vehicles to Zero Emission EV (Electric Vehicles) by 2050 AD on a GLOBAL scale not just China but every country on the planet will require Lithium for all those EV's. Why? Because all EV's require
Lithium for there rechargeable
Lithium Batteries and all those huge Big Lithium Batteries For Electrical power grids, just like the worlds largest Battery
Tesla Built in South Australia for Electrical Energy Storage for its solar and wind farms all require huge amounts of
LITHIUM to be built and there are hundreds if not thousands of those big batteries still to be constructed in the future and CEP energy in NSW has just announced it will now build the worlds Largest Lithium Battery in the NSW Hunter Valley which will supersede Tesla's in South Australia Hornsdale Power Reserve Battery. DYOR
.
CEP Worlds Largest Battery to be Built NSW- *Lithium Current Worlds Largest Battery TESLA- *Lithium
Annual global electric vehicle sales are forecast to hit 24.4 million by 2030
Lithium is the key ingredient and the most in demand resource for all those batteries, now please have a very good hard long think about how much lithium is going to be required for the entire worlds hunger to make that absolutely mammoth transition
*ZERO EMISSION *ZERO CARBON by 2050 seriously have a very good hard think about it because it is mind boggling !DYOR. Every car on the planet by
*2050 will have to be EV or maybe even *Hydrogen, all I know that transition by
*2050 will require that much Lithium it will be a resource boom we will never experience in this lifetime again and that's an understatement. Hence why the likes of Gina Reinhart are expanding into the Lithium resource sector and has invested $140 million into Vulcan resources DYOR but guess what? Vulcan Energy Resources isn't even 1/10th the size of Pilbara Minerals Limited Mine operation and production. Vulcan is only producing the lower quality Lithium Brine and Vulcan has an SP of $7.55+ and a MKT CAP @ 815Million + and they haven't even started extracting there lesser in demand lower quality lithium brine for sale yet. Lithium Brine is inferior and lesser quality Lithium DYOR a Lithium Brine Operation can also take up to 7+years to get off the ground! Vulcan is still a great investment though but it has nothing on
PLS and its superior HARD ROCK SPODUMENE MINING OPERATIONS that commands a premium price per tonne than its little inferior sister Lithium Brine. DYOR.
PLS is already up running and mining
HARD ROCK Lithium Spodumene, and producing the highest quality and most in demand lithium on the planet, and just to top it off
PLS has one of the largest and most advanced
HARD ROCK LITHIUM SPODUMENE producing operations not just in Australia but on the entire globe! DYOR. There's my shortest answer as to why
PLS is an extremely very, very undervalued company and like I said if you have a very long and hard think about how much lithium resource will be required to supply all the entire globe for that global transition
*Zero Emissions *Zero Carbonby 2050 which is less than only 29 years away
PLS @MKT CAP 3.3 Billion and Current SP @ $1.15 is probably the most undervalued resource company on the entire ASX and its not even debatable especially when take into account how much Lithium demand will skyrocket to no doubt all time highest in the future. And its not a question of if but when?.
PLS $10.00 is imminent and your kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Will it happen overnight ? NO. Within the next 2 to 5 years
PLS$10.00 absolutely and that is being very conservative. As I was saying if FMG can be @ MKT CAP 60+BILLION Just from feeding China with Iron Ore imagine what
PLS - SP is going to be when its going to Feed the entire Globe with
Lithium not just China. Mining is Mining and when you have the most soon to be if not the most in demand Resource on the planet which
PLS has copious amounts of and one of the largest and most advanced
HARD ROCK LITHUM SPODUMENE operations on the globe,
PLS is going to absolutely explode off the ASX charts as will the price of Lithium especially the highest quality and most in demand
HARD ROCK LITHIUM SPODUMENE.
Lithium hasn't even touched the tip of the Iceberg with its demand yet, its only just the beginning of the
Lithium super cycle and
PLS is in a great position to capitalise on that huge Sustainable Energy Tsunami Super cycle on the horizon. Also keep in mind that COVID-19 has impacted mining production globally and
PLS has been and is still performing extremely well considering the current economic climate, especially after confidently purchasing advanced lithium miner
Altura Mining and expanding its already world-class 100% owned Pilgangoora Hard Rock Lithium spodumene and Tantalum operation during a Global Pandemic, I would say that Pilbara Minerals Limited have a very prosperous future and that's very understated.
DYOR. Always invest wisely. Have a great day and all the best investing
BTW if your asking me as to why
PLS is so undervalued you shouldn't be investing on the ASX because its that obvious even an year 8 economics student would be able to point that out about how huge
Lithium and
Pilbara Minerals limited ASX: PLS future will be.
Pilbara Minerals Limited huge future is imminent and so will
PLS conservative
$10+ SP that will come with it in the not to distant future. When? like I said I'm not a fortune teller but all I know is it will be imminent and time will tell
