I have registered for the proposed class action.

My view is that MSB should have known the FDA position as presented to ODAC and in the FDA CRL given MSB announcements on the “benefits” of a rolling BLA.

I guess the questions are did they know the FDA position prior to the FDA notes to ODAC and if they had that feedback, why was it not provided to the market? Given the market response when the FDA released its notes for ODAC, the market considered it price sensitive.

The CRL included issues provided by the FDA to ODAC notwithstanding the ODAC decision.

Also, I do recall a breakfast type TV segment where the confidence of management was palpable...
