Like I said this morning .... Novartis info will need to be released the moment there is an update - no management team are going to risk being accused of withholding information on that deal while proposed CA's are floating around in the background ?... you would just be giving the proposed lawsuit merit and I just can't see that happening ?
Let's not forget Novartis were also happy to leak that they obtained a 90 day extension on their deal so I can't see them sitting on news they have walked away from Mesoblast of that were the case
