Just wondering if the article is speculating that back door deals may have been done offshore, to avoid the scrutiny of NZ regulators?
Does anyone know what country this new NZ ProCo is based in?
Could this be a tax haven of some kind?
I wonder if the NZ regulators will be taking a closer look into this?
