Dr I was wondering the same thing myself. I noted that in the previous announcement actual figures were disclosed for the sale, whereas with the management buyout they have failed to mention figures. I'm not sure of the legality of that either (as opposed to management buyout that you have asked about). Surely you have to disclose what you have sold an asset for to your shareholders - we already know they are selling assets (and they mentioned earlier previous owners would be buying where appropriate) so really this announcement tells us nothing.

I dont know about you but at the end of the day, out of this white elephant, I'm still seeing us left with half a trunk, and a hefty liability.
