Not hard. You just pay 1.2 cents less than the ordinary lrs.

e.g. lrs right now 4.8, oppies 3.6

LRS if you buy 125000 shares you pay $6k

LRSOC if you buy 125000 shares you only pay $4.5k

if you want to convert the options to LRS ordinary which you have until the end of 2022 to do, you will have to pay the extra 1.5k. So essentially the 1.5k is loaned to you.

Good if you need cash in hand right now and do not want to reduce your holdings in LRS or if you want to Increase the amount of shares you hold for the same price.
