I have no doubt you are correct on top of which you restrict your takeover market to one and they dictate the price.

Personally a takeover would at a minimum have to be set at about $AU40.00 a share for me to personally think I was getting a good deal.

In saying this I am assuming an offer takes place based on:
1. Renesas using IP in automotive
2. Ford using AKD1000 for driver awareness
3. Valeo using IP in all its sensors
4. A major South Korean company using AKIDA technology in Smart Home
5. Magic-Eye partnership in 360 degree vision market
6. NASA using AKIDA technology
7. Heavy rail operators using AKIDA technology in bearing monitoring.
7. Multiple use cases in medical diagnostics including VOC detection with NaNose.
8. Cyber security applications NASA/DARPA
