Love the $40 ..
I'd better rethink my $10 ..

But in all honesty if someone wanted BRN (right now) would they be able to buy most retail shares for much less than $10 .. Probably likely, if they were smart (and most are) .. and probably likely a swag full at $1 to $2 (on an announcement of stature) ..
As 40% are held by top 20, it would be quite easy to accumulate, from retailers, the 20% necessary to progress a takeover ..

The only stumbling block I can see is they would need 75% of the votes cast on the resolution (for a scheme of arrangement) .. and that may not be as easy as I'm quite sure the attacker doesn't get to vote (but they may be working with others who hold, to get the vote). Or they could go for an aggressive takeover .. and pay your $40
