At current market cap, it's trading at about 3.2x GMV on the Freelancer business. Airtasker is trading at about 3.5x GMV also. On that basis, FLN the stock basically gives you escrow.com for free, with a slight discount on the projects side. We can debate the comparability of ART's tasks to FLN's projects, but there should be easy another 50% from here.
