For what it's worth, I don't believe PRR have mismanaged anything - YET. I don't want to be in a company that spends more time making announcements to shareholders than it does in running it's business. It may be that this quiet period is because the PRR management are in the process of promoting the company and securing some complex deals.
Let's see what they come up with first before getting too critical. If they have no news and the SPP fails - go for it THEN.
Incidentally, perhaps leshot was so encouraged by his 62 thumbs ups on a previous post that it all went to his head. Ridiculous!
