The NIH compared same apples and dropped $50 million large on a phase 3 , yes that’s a 3, trial , during a Pandemic.

Since then Mesoblast has reported that they missed the primary endpoint of the Phase III trial.

How dare they- that must of caught the attention of an attention seeking lawyer down under. You’ve reported you’ve failed when you previously reported you didn’t fail.
That’s it, class action coming your way baby.

Now I know that I could be missing something in the reporting of 83% survival against 9%. If that were not true then I’m glad that this perceptive Aussie bloke has picked up what the entire Yanks medical team missed.

Fair enough on trying to establish a case over FDA rejection of the Odac vote due to trial design. More plausible.
