My little mind is boggling.
Q1. What is self-synergy in a drug? Is it simply having two mechanisms of action?
Q2. Can you think of an example of a drug other than bisantrene which is self-synergistic? Not necessarily a cancer drug.
Q3. Is a trial using a self-synergistic drug a single agent trial or a combo trial?
(Q4. How can potential future trial design be price sensitive? No, please don't answer this one.)
