    Perhaps but I don't think you can criticize management for wanting to list NASDAQ

    The US business will dictate how Afterpay goes in the next 4-5 years.

    There is plenty of interest in Afterpay from American institutes/funds

    Cash grab? I think everyone expects it to bounce a bit upon listing but I think this is more than just a short-sighted play
