A bonus issue of options [but this may only be allowed for share holders and not option holders?].
Under listing rule 7.16 an entity cannot have more options on issue than overlying securities. Looking at the latest 3B ann on 16th of Feb, TEX has 104,321,170 shares on issue and only 62,812, 164 options on issue. That is a difference of 41,509,006 or approx 2:3 ratio of new for old.
That is of course if the options can be issued to option holders without breaching 6.23.3
