I can still see the ratings and reviews on Google Play for Spark Voicemail. 29 reviews for April. All saying the same thing as six months ago. Issues getting messages, issues installing and issues with transcription. 11 1* reviews and 8 5* reviews so quite a mixed bag of good and bad. 3.4* average. Still 10k+ downloads and most recent update was 8/4/21.
A year in and you'd have thought transcription would have improved but apparently not. If you were a prospective telco one of the first things you'd ask about is how good is the transcription accuracy.
