This is actually quite a solid result. They have received $1.6mln from actual sales, invoiced an additional $2.3mln we are just shy of $4mln in revenue for the qtr. It appears the HP stuff has not been invoiced yet so no doubt we will hear about that soon, either on the call or in coming announcements. What is rather pleasing is the reduction in operating costs from $4.46mln last qtr to $3.36mln this qtr. The DTC model continues to grow with an increase of 13% in bud sales over Q2 in a qtr that is very quiet generally. The other pleasing aspect is the $10.5mln in cash. This is a very robust position. All will depend on the volume of HP going forward as well as other deals but regardless it will add a very material amount to the bottom line.
