Call was nice and sharp. Nothing much beyond what was in the quarterly, other than a question re. dividend. Richard's response:

• Focused on debt reduction this year (38m paid since last quarterly; reduced to US$137m; will be net cash by eo year and loan paid back fully by Q1-2022)
• Will begin to think about 2022 later this year - will weigh up dividend v. buyback (given the question was dividend related - i.e. Richard offered buyback into the conversation - this may give a sense of where the initial thinking is [my speculation]).
