i think yahua will have to firm up their supply chain in order to meet their obligations to tesla. this would mean a binding offtake with cxo. surely they would have eyes on them to say exactly how theyll meet their commitments.
i take this announcement as a heads up to the market that a deal is under negotiation. likely to be announced before agm.
