I ask people here: do we have any more official info on the matter outside of what was in the AFR article?
No we don't @Armyne .... and as I have said previously, Mesoblast management could not possibly be that dumb to be sitting on negative news and watch the share price tank through a possible leak - they would just be making the case for the proposed CA if they did ....
.... they would also know that the above scenario would drive more shareholders to register for the CA if this occurred - they would also know this ...
