what a cheap stock, page-21

i think there is alot of caution around this stock due to the amount of cars travelling on the toll vs ability to repay debt... i have traded ceu 3 times in the last two weeks. Personally im not conviced it is a buy yet and i think people are reluctant to buy as there have been several good days and ceu doesnt go up...... i will watch ceu, and if the signal is right i will nuy in again
