GJ, I understand the points you have make sense to you and to holders, of course you want it to work and weather you guys admit it or acknowledge it there is a lot of bias and desperation.
The example is probably more like employing Usain Bolt to walk your dog, not the Vegan/BBQ, but I get where you’re coming from.
Pre-fab trusses haven't had an issue in terms of measurement/fit with a conventional build. Doors/Windows argument is fair enough if you need/want to change the process. If I could just call up and have this thing build my walls without being forced into a class-P slab, paying trades extra to deal with blocks over timber, needing to provide a spare block of land next door etc then I’d consider using it or investing in it, things just don’t work the way you think.
Do you even have a cost comparison against a conventional build?

I find it very interesting that you guys are telling us what we need and want as builders.
The HX is an answer to a question that nobody is asking in my opinion, dyor though.
