much has been said that paying a dividend would boost the price of VPG. I tend to disagree. SP is based on the stability of the company. Hence they payeda 5c dividend last year and it did nothing for the SP. most traders acknologe the loss to the business when they pay out dividence that they can't afford. If dividence where held of last year VPG would have been in a much better position now.
